    I.Main Point
    (1) Mr. West asks Mr. Mao some questions about submit a dispute to arbitration with China and what kinds of disputes does Mr. Mao usually handle.
    (2)Mr. Mao tells Mr. West that where the arbitration take place is depends on the agreements’ stipulations reached by the Mr. Mao and Mr. Mao’s partners.

    (1)Mr. West : If our company and the Chinese partners have some sort of dispute, and will bring it to arbitration, must the arbitration be gone through only in China?
